3. Product Safety
Customers are responsible for reviewing and following all application instructions, ingredient information, warnings, and product-specific directions.
A patch test is recommended before full application, particularly for individuals with sensitive skin.
Do not apply products to broken, irritated, inflamed, sunburned, or otherwise compromised skin or to sensitive areas where application is not recommended.

Carnival Skinz products are cosmetic temporary skin-art products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
4. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance, payment authorization, product availability, and fraud screening.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, reject transactions, or cancel orders when reasonably necessary.
If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully captured, an appropriate refund will be issued.
